Returns

At The Collective Nook, every gift box is thoughtfully prepared and carefully packaged for each order.

Because many of our products are curated and packaged specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jlues@vodamail.co.za. Please include your order number and photographs of the item so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
